Elektro’2012: the exhibition of achievements in the electrotechnical industry
June 13, Expocentre launched the 21st International Exhibition for Electrical Equipment for Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Electronics Elektro’2012. This is the largest exhibition of electrotechnical industry in Russia and the CIS countries. It is organized by Expocentre with support from the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Russian Ministry of Energy and under the auspices of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the Moscow City Government.
The Elektro’2012International Exhibition showcases the latest achievements of the industry: modern electric equipment, advanced energy-saving technologies and materials, power plants of new generation, innovative projects and developments, which have a decisive importance for the innovative development of the Russian economy.
The Elektro’2012 participants are the largest players of the global electrotechnical market. This year about 450 companies from 26 countries display their novelties at the exhibition. Germany, Spain, Italy, China and the Czech Republic present their national expositions.
The potential of the Russian electrotechnical industry is demonstrated by 250 domestic companies.
For the first time the latest developments are shown within a special exposition – ElektroPark.
The traditional subject sectors Electric Equipment; Electric Power Engineering; and Cables. Wires. Fittings are also present at the exposition.
The 10th Specialized Exhibition on Energy Saving Technologies and Innovations in Electrical Engineering – ElectroTechnoExpo’2012 puts on display different products of the electrotechnical industry, developments in the field of energy saving, which enhances the energy efficiency in the domestic economy.
The Elektro’2012 exhibition gives a wide range of opportunities for the development of business relations, exchange of experience and discussion of sectoral issues at the seminars, round tables and other events. The Elektro’2012 exhibition hosted the roundtable discussion Electrical Power Engineering: Safety and Innovative Developments, the DKE conference Intellectual Power Supply. Standardization and Practice, the scientific-and-research seminar for the chief designers of electrical machines, cable products, insulating materials, the 9th International Conference on Renewable and Distributed Power Generation, the 1st session of the international club of electric grids designers EKF ElectroScript and many other events.
The Elektro’2012 exposition is located in Pavilions Nos. 2, 8 and in the open-air areas of Expocentre Fairgrounds.
The exhibition is open on June 13 –15 from 10.00 till 18.00, on June 16 from 10.00 till 15.00.
