On June 7-10, 2010 Elektro’2010 – the 19th  International Exhibition for Electrical Equipment for Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Electronics, Energy- and Resource-Saving Technologies; Household Electric Appliances organized by Expocentre will run in Pavilions No. 2 (Halls No. 1, 2, 3), 3 and on the open air sites of the Expocentre Fairgrounds.

The Elektro project is a significant, information-saturated and effective industry show and ranks among leading European electrical exhibitions. ‘Elektro’ is included in the list of international exhibitions received the official approval of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) and the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF).

The total exposition space amounts to 15 000 sq. meters where the latest achievements of the modern electrical industry are presented, namely:   electrical equipment for different branches of industry, advanced power-saving technologies and materials, next-generation power devices, innovative projects and developments.

450 companies from 22 countries such as Austria, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Italy, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Spain,   Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey and Ukraine will participate in Elektro’2010.

China, Czechia, Germany, Italy and Spain will exhibit their national and joint expositions.

Major leaders of the world electrical market including ABB, EAE Elektrica, Fontini S.A., Kaiser GmbH, Klemsan Elec. Electronic, Lovato Electric SPA, Mesan Kilit, PUK-WERKE KG, Rittal, SEZ Plaset, T. Plast Plastic and Electrical materials take part in the Exhibition.

At the same time ElektroTechnoExpo’2010 – the International Exhibition for Energy-Saving Technologies and Innovative Developments – will be held on the first level of the Expocentre Fairgrounds in the gallery of Pavilion No. 3. The Exhibition is arranged by Expocentre with the support from the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 

Companies from Bulgaria, Russia and Ukraine represented different branches of the electrical and electric-power industries take part in Elektro-TechnoExpo’2010.  

The Exhibition participants will propose new projects and solutions in the field of the energy-saving allowing increasing energy-effectiveness of economy.

The total exposition space amounts to 500 sq. meters.  The exposition presents all kinds of the electrical industry product according to the following subjects: electric equipment and materials for generation, transmission, distribution and consumption of electric energy; modern illuminating equipment and devices, wiring products, accessories;  industrial heating devices, thermal-electric and welding equipment; renewable and small power engineering, secondary use of energy resources; devices, means, methods of control and accounting of electric-power parameters; independent supply sources; electric tools and technique for repair and service of electrical equipment; energy efficient equipment and technologies in the power industry.         

This year energy-saving and innovative technologies are the core of the Elektro-TechnoExpo’2010 Exhibition. 

Besides substantial expositions, a saturated programme of business related events will be arranged. The Programme embraces the 7th International Conference ‘Renewable and Small Power Engineering’ as well as the seminar ‘Epoxy and Polyurethane Insulation in Electrical Engineering. The Dow Chemical’s (USA) Materials and Know-How, and the HÜBERS’s (Germany) Equipment and Technology’.
