Information for participants

On the last day of the set-up period of the exhibition by 15:30, the exhibitor shall cease all set-up and dismantling works and activities that generate rubbish, as well as clear the aisles of property that is not subject to disposal. All building equipment and packaging must be removed from the hall.

In order to clean the aisles and cover the flooring in the aisles, all set-up works on the last day of the set-up period of the exhibition after 16:00 are allowed only within the area of the installed stand. No rubbish shall be generated during such work.

During the set-up period of the exhibition, the exhibitor shall pack construction debris and waste into own bags and put them into the containers ordered by the exhibitor in advance. Piling rubbish outside the containers is prohibited.

The exhibitors shall leave the exhibition halls before 19:30.

Removal of exhibits and removable equipment (without dismantling stand structures) on the last day of the exhibition running is allowed only upon agreement with Crocus Expo. On the closing day of the exhibition, the internal regulations for the start of dismantling works include the removal of movable exhibits from the exposition site to the loading place, delivery of the exhibitor's reusable packaging (from the storage place to the stand), performance of minor works on dismantling of exhibits and expositions in accordance with the work schedule. Loading and removal of bulky and heavy-duty exhibits on the last day of the Exhibition shall not be allowed.

On the last day of the dismantling period of the exhibition by 15:30, all construction materials, stand structures and bulky waste must be removed from the exhibition centre (exhibition hall) or disposed of in the previously ordered waste containers, by 15:45 representatives of developers and exhibitors must vacate the halls.
